While holding Power, release Resume and press it (for most older models).

While keeping the Power button firmly held down, release the Stop/Reset button. Now, press the Stop/Reset button 5 consecutive times (some older models require 2 or 6 taps, but 5 is standard for V1074 compatible units). Final Release: Release the Power button.

The green power light will blink for a few moments and then stay solid. If the light stays solid green, you have successfully entered Service Mode. Your PC may display a "Found New Hardware" wizard; simply close or ignore it.

Keep the Power button held down. Release the Stop/Reset button. Now, press the Stop/Reset button 5 consecutive times (for some older models, this may require 2 or 6 presses). With each press, the alarm and power LEDs will alternate. Release Power: Release the Power button.
